Processing Time

Because many of our products are made in small batches to ensure freshness and quality, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. While many orders ship sooner, processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note that shipping times provided by the carrier are estimates and are outside of our control.

Combined Orders

If your order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, your order may be held until all items are complete so everything can be shipped together.

Incorrect Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. The Black Cat Apothecary is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
